The Holistic Core Restore® 4th Trimester programme is a deeply supportive and restorative postnatal experience, designed to help you heal, rebuild, and reconnect with your body after birth. Whether you had a vaginal or caesarean delivery, this gentle, whole-body approach helps you move forward feeling stronger, more confident, and more at home in your body.

🤱 What Is the 4th Trimester Programme?

The 4th Trimester refers to the first three months (and beyond) after giving birth — a precious but often overwhelming time of physical and emotional adjustment. This programme provides a safe, nurturing space where you can begin to restore your core and pelvic floor, improve posture, ease tension, and gently return to movement.

Created by women’s health expert Jenny Burrell, the Holistic Core Restore® 4th Trimester programme combines:

  • Functional, gentle movement to rebuild strength safely

  • Core and pelvic floor awareness for lasting support

  • Breathwork to aid healing and relaxation

  • Education and guidance to help you feel confident in your recovery
